Article Submission Guidelines
Here at Supplement Updates, I have received several articles submissions over the years. I thought it would be helpful to provide some guidelines on submitting articles to this website.
Original, well-written, articles about health and fitness related topics are welcome. However, here are some general guidelines:
Do’s
- Do submit original content.
- Do write about health news, fitness, dietary supplements, nutrition, or related topics.
- Do link to reputable websites including your own.
- Do make sure that information in your article is truthful, well-researched, and accurate.
Don’ts
- Do not submit plagiarized articles.
- Do not submit ‘duplicate content‘ or the same article that you’ve already published through every free article submission site on the web.
- If your article contains links to anything resembling the following, please do not submit articles:
- Acai berry weight loss
- Other weight loss scam websites–believe me, I will know.
- Fake on-line pharmacies
- Detox footpads
- ‘Miracle’ health cures
- If your article could be construed as a ‘promotional piece’ for a product or company, it will not be accepted.

- I will review articles and let know you if I feel that the content would be useful or beneficial to the readers of this blog.
