Article Submission Guidelines

Here at Supplement Updates, I have received several articles submissions over the years.  I thought it would be helpful to provide some guidelines on submitting articles to this website.

Original, well-written, articles about health and fitness related topics are welcome.  However, here are some general guidelines:

Do’s

  • Do submit original content.
  • Do write about health news, fitness, dietary supplements, nutrition, or related topics.
  • Do link to reputable websites including your own.
  • Do make sure that information in your article is truthful, well-researched, and accurate.

Don’ts

  • Do not submit plagiarized articles.
  • Do not submit ‘duplicate content‘ or the same article that you’ve already published through every free article submission site on the web.
  • If your article contains links to anything resembling the following, please do not submit articles:
    • Acai berry weight loss
    • Other weight loss scam websites–believe me, I will know.
    • Fake on-line pharmacies
    • Detox footpads
    • ‘Miracle’ health cures
  • If your article could be construed as a ‘promotional piece’ for a product or company, it will not be accepted.

How to Submit Article:

  • I will review articles and let know you if I feel that the content would be useful or beneficial to the readers of this blog.
